MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Each Elite subscription covers four weeks and includes three to five days worth of meals per week. The aim is to give you the best results possible and you should start seeing progress by the end of your first 4 weeks.

You can pause your subscription if you are going away, just give us 3 days notice.

Sign up by midnight on a Tuesday and you’ll receive your first delivery the following Monday. Billing happens automatically every 4 weeks on a Wednesday. It you’d like to cancel, make sure to do so before midnight on the Tuesday before your next charge.

Each program is tailored to achieve the best results for you by calculating your nutritional requirements using your weight and activity level. We also adjust all meal programs and ingredients to each client’s needs so we can cater for most preferences.

You choose the number of meals you would like each day as well as how many days per week you’d like to receive meals.

The most effective option is three meals per day, five days per week although we will guide you on what your own meals at home should look like to ensure your daily needs are met.

At sign up we create personalised meal tickets to describe your requirements. We use these in the kitchen and provide them for you to plan your own meals to keep on track too. These are part of the individualised planner included in the welcome pack you will receive from us.

INDIVIDUALISED WELCOME PACK

Each client who signs up receives an exclusive welcome pack including an individualised planner, background info and some goodies to enjoy.

The individualised planner provides a complete introduction to your nutritional needs. This includes guiding you on:

your goal intake
your total energy needs
macro nutrient goals for the day and for each meal
how to fuel your training sessions

We use this as the basis for your coaching when needing to plan your intake outside of meals you receive from us or how to fuel training more effectively.

ACCESS TO EXPERTS

Our Elite subscriptions come with exclusive access to a performance nutrition coach.

Your coach is there to assist you with: weekly check-ins if needed, any questions or advice, planning for races and events and adjustments to your programs based on your progress.

We will monitor you, guide you and help you to ensure you reach your goals.
