The definitions for the weekly activity levels we work with are:
Low: less than 2 hours
Moderate: 2 – 7 hours
High: more than 7 hours
We group body sizes in the following categories:
Small: less than 65kg
Medium: 65 – 80kg
Large: more than 80kg
