This weekly meal program provides meals with an effective distribution of protein, carbohydrate & healthy fats needed to maintain good health and fuel regular exercise.

Weight management will depend on exercise volume:

  • Up to 7 hours per week – supports weight maintenance
  • 7 hours per week or more – supports weight loss
