Our Fresh Packs contain a combination of high-quality fresh produce and meat, delivered fresh to your door. Each pack consists of a variety of seasonal vegetables plus 5 servings of fresh meat or, for vegetarians and those who’d like to add a few meat-free days to their diet, a vegetarian protein alternative.
The BURN Fresh Pack is specially tailored for a low-carb diet and includes 6-8 different types of low-carb vegetables, herbs and salad leaves.
Choose up to 5 different types of protein from beef, chicken, lamb, pork, venison or a vegetarian option. All our meat is free-range, grass-fed or pasture-reared and we’ll make sure you receive an assortment of cuts regardless of the different types of meat you order. So even if you order the same meat for every serving, you’ll still be guaranteed a bit of variety.
Our vegetarian option draws from a range of veggie balls and patties as well as soya and dairy based products. If you are vegan or have an intolerance for any ingredients that may be used in these products, please be sure to let us know in the Produce to exclude section above.
In keeping with our focus on personalised nutrition, our Fresh Packs are designed to supply each person with an individualised portion of protein based on their needs. For each person the pack is catering for, you can choose between either a Minimum or Optimal portion size.
- Provides 25g of protein which equates to around 120g of meat. This is the minimum amount needed to maintain your body’s growth, recovery and repair processes.
- Best for meals for smaller individuals or snacks for larger athletes.
- Provides 45g of protein which equates to around 200g of meat. This is the optimal amount for stimulating growth, recovery and repair processes.
- Best for meals for larger individuals, those following a restrictive diet and anyone taking part in full body type exercise.
Our quantities are based on servings for adults. For children, we recommend half a Minimum serving per child, so order 1 Minimum serving to cater for two children.
